How do I purchase a license?
Go to the Esri Store, select ArcGIS Developer Bundle and add to cart, check out and complete the purchase. You will then receive an email with follow up instructions to complete the purchase in My Esri.
How do I assign the license to a developer in my organization?
Log in to My Esri, download the software. Install ArcGIS Enterprise. You assign ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise extensions through the user types in your test organization.
