ArcGIS Location Platform

ArcGIS Location Platform, formerly known as ArcGIS Platform, is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) product that gives developers access to location services, data services, spatial analysis services, APIs, and tools to build mapping applications. It also provides developers the ability to host data as data services. When developers sign up, they receive a ArcGIS Location Platform subscription and ArcGIS Location Platform account. Subscriptions contain a free tier of usage for select location services and pay-as-you-go options are available. Billing occurs for service transactions, data usage, and data storage.
