An ArcGIS user is anyone who has an ArcGIS account and uses it to access an ArcGIS application or custom application. There are different types of ArcGIS accounts that can be used, for example:
- ArcGIS Location Platform account
- ArcGIS Online account
- ArcGIS Enterprise account
- ArcGIS Public account
- ArcGIS Hub account
- All other ArcGIS accounts
