An offline application, also known as offline app, is an application built with ArcGIS Maps SDKs for Native Apps that runs on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop device with limited or no network connection. An offline application can be either partially offline or fully offline based on its network availability. Offline applications use mobile data sources such as offline maps, offline data, data files, or mobile packages. Offline applications allow users to view and edit data in maps or scenes, and support geocoding, routing, navigation, and data analysis without a network connection.
