Returns a deferral that will hold up new voice events until this object has been disposed.

Remarks
Getting a deferral will postpone raising new voice guidance events until this deferral has been released. This ensures that multiple overlapping guidance events won't be raised will busy speaking the event to the user, and once released, a new up-to-date guidance event wil be raised instead.
