Gets the ENC datasets available in the exchange set.

System.Collections.Generic.IReadOnlyList<EncDataset>	A read-only list of ENC datasets; or null if the exchange set is not loaded.

Remarks

The ENC exchange set's datasets can be used to create EncCells, which can then be used to populate EncLayers.
