ArcGIS Dashboards allows you to convey information by presenting location-based analytics using intuitive and interactive data visualizations on a single screen.
You can embed a report page in a dashboard using the embedded content element. Optionally, you can add parameters to preset the print settings.
Prerequisites
The following steps require you to be working on a dashboard, have a survey published, and have a report template uploaded. If you haven't started an dashboard, see How to use ArcGIS Dashboards. Steps
Use the embedded content element to embed a report page in a dashboard. Choose the survey records to print and report template, and set the output formats. Optionally, you can add parameters to preset the print settings.

In ArcGIS Dashboards select the dashboard to edit.

Click Add element button.

Choose the Embedded content element.

Copy and paste the report page URL into the URL field, for example:
