Determines the behavior that occurs when attempting to delete a feature which has containment or structural attachment associations to other features.

If the UtilityAssetType of a feature cannot be determined (such as when it is filtered out by the extent or layer options in GenerateGeodatabaseParameters, or by a definition expression), RESTRICTED is assumed.
