Kml Units Type
A KML units type object. Use the KmlUnitsType enumeration (either via the KmlImageCoordinate.xUnits and KmlImageCoordinate.yUnits properties or via the KmlImageCoordinate.KmlImageCoordinate constructor) to establish the KML image coordinate system. Values of type fraction must be between 0.0 and 1.0. Values below 0.0 will be set to 0.0, and values above 1.0 will be set to 1.0. If a non-integral number is specified with a unit type of device-independent pixels (KmlUnitsType.Pixels or KmlUnitsType.InsetPixels), it will be rounded down to a whole number (e.g. 2.243 will be rounded to 2.0).
