itemResourceCache

The item resource cache contains a custom style that can be applied to this layer. This method can only be called if the layer load status is com.arcgismaps.LoadStatus.NotLoaded or com.arcgismaps.LoadStatus.FailedToLoad otherwise ErrorType.CommonIllegalState exception will occur.
