Enum GeometryDimension

extends java.lang.Enum<GeometryDimension>
    Indicates the dimensionality of a Geometry, relating to the number of spatial dimensions in which the geometry may have a size.

    Geometry dimensions can be used to work out what kind of symbol can be applied to a specific type of geometry. For example, Point and Multipoint are both zero-dimensional POINT geometries, and both can be displayed using a MarkerSymbol.

        A three-dimensional volumetric geometry. Currently, there are no VOLUME geometries supported by this API.

      • UNKNOWN

        public static final GeometryDimension UNKNOWN
        A geometry of unknown dimensionality. May indicate a type of geometry not supported by this API.

        Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:

      • valueOf

        public static GeometryDimension valueOf​(java.lang.String name)
        Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)

        name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
        Returns:
        the enum constant with the specified name

        java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name
