createWithPersistence

Creates an ArcGISCredentialStore that persists ArcGISCredentials to encrypted internal storage for re-use between application sessions. Any changes to the in-memory credential store will be synchronized with the persisted credentials. To create a store that does not persist credentials, use the default constructor of ArcGISCredentialStore.
