This property was introduced in Esri.ArcGISRuntime 100.12.
The subtype name for this privilege (read-only).
Generally, the subtype name is the string representation of the subtype. However, if the subtype is Enums.PortalPrivilegeSubtypeUnknown, the subtype name is set with the subtype string found in the portal privilege JSON. This allows this API to handle new portal privilege subtypes added at the server but not yet exposed in ArcGIS Runtime.
